Our daughter made the dean's list at Florida State University. She is a senior and will graduate in May. I contacted this company because of reccomendation by a colleague who told me that the customer service was far above their competitors. This was cetainly the case for me when I had the fortune of getting Mark as my representative. I explained to him that we needed the brand new Ford Escape to be picked up at the dealer where we purchased the car and delivered to my daughter at school. This is her graduation present from her mother and I. Mark got right into the spirit of our "surprise" and I am sure clued the guy that picked up the car as to what we were doing.
Mark took the time to explain the process to us and went over the quote we got which was very competive by the way.
Our daughter got the car in perfect condition and yes with Mark's help we pulled off the surprise.
I would highly reccomebd this company and would definitely use them again. If you call them you should ask for Mark- he is great.
