My husband and I are planning a move to West Palm Beach from Albany, New York sometime next spring. We are in our planning stages.
One of the things we wanted to inquire about was having both our cars transported to our new home. I spoke with a gentleman, and I do mean a gentleman by the name of Mark at this company. Mark knew what he was talking about and took the time to carefully explain to me what the process was. He gave us a fair quote. He never once tried to pressure us into signing up with them unlike the 4 other companies that contacted us.
I told Mark I would talk to my husband and could we call back if we had other questions. To quote Mark "Absolutely, if you would like me to I can call you back when your husband is at home." My husband had just a couple of questions to clarify what I had told him. Mark carefully explained everything to my husband.
We will be calling this company and hopefully be fortunate enough to get Mark again and secure the transportation for our cars. Afer my husband had hung up the phone after speaking with Mark he said- "That young man has restored my belief that good customer service in American companies is alive and well."
So if you need this type of service, save your self some time and just call them.
