Please STAY AWAY from this company. They state they have been in biz for some 20 years, it is hard to find proof or other reviews that say this is a legit company. I believe they are a SCAM because they force you to CANCEL and charge a $250 fee. Here is what happened to me. I was quoted the lowest market price NY-Hawaii, shipping my car. I gave authorization for bank payment (because they do not take credit card!) I gave a check number. Days later they used 2 different check numbers I did not authorize and ACCIDENTALLY charge me an extra $600 on another non-authorized check number. No apologies and a meager explaination that they accidentally charged somone elses cost on my account. Everytime I emailed Marisa (who I am not sure even exists) her emails were vague and unhelpful. I wanted to speak to her or billing department, who doesnt arrive till after 12n- so no one will answer your questions before then. Yes Eddie did yell at me over the phone and their were no apologies in the least. I had to yell back and curse him so he would stop his tiraid. No Customer Service exists and they don't give a shit about your time, money, or personal belongings. Their objective is clearly to screw you over for the cancellation fee. There non-dispute contract totally covers their conniving asses and I am in the process of initiating a investigation of fraudulence with my bank. They said the truck would pick up my car Friday, and then said it was late and would now take until Monday. I called another transporter and they said there was no evidence of my car being sent via ship to the port of Hawaii - I was not on the board. I have cancelled business with them and am fighting for my money back - dont fall into the same trap!!!!
