First time shipping a vehicle so I did a search and received tons of emails to ship my F250 Super-duty from California to NY so my son could have a car for college. Waited long enough sorting through the emails of offers to find American Dream Transport on my own and I am so glad I did. Susan was upfront and totally honest while explaining the procedure and indicated what a fair price could be after looking on the ship boards. She then was in contact almost daily via email and text to let me know she was working on it. My vehicle was picked up by a great company. Just so happened Susan lives in Florida and Hurricane Irma was do to hit the next day. She called me to let me know her power would probably be out for at least a week, but she had spoken to the driver and everything was on track for delivery. She went over and above what she needed to. I am thankful for her hard work, but even more thankful she contacted my a few days later and said she was OK after the hurricane and that my truck had been delivered.
