Simply put, Mr Tom Walker was happy to take my credit card info. The car was never picked up, I had to, at the very last minute, start my search for a carrier all over again. The company has closed its doors (good luck finding someone at the phone num ber provided, the website has been shut down and their license has been revoked). To find all this happened 5 days after I had paid them (1 1/2 months ahead of time) and 2 days before my plane trip was, to say the least. unnerving. I am still sending required docs to the credit card company (yeah, they "provisionally refunded my money). What a hassle. These people should be in jail.
