Even though I had to re-schedule pick-up of my 70 Chevelle SS the day before the pick-up, the team at American Car Transporters were able to accommodate. They were understanding, calm, courteous, and very professional. They did an outstanding job rescheduling an enclosed transport under a very short timeframe. When the transport arrived, Lance Dupree, treated my classic car as if it was his. He used his experience and explained what he was doing each step including removing and separately storing the wheel covers because of the risk in scratching them while securing the car. He communicated with me during the transport and delivered early. The SS rolled off the trailer without a blemish! I highly recommend the professionals at American Car Transporters because of their attention to detail, customer focus, and ease of scheduling through their website and Mr. Dupree for his experience and professionalism!
