We started the process 2 months before the actual pick-up date.The company was good to deal with up until the date got closer for the pick-up. Two weeks before , I was able to gave them an additional window of 3 days for pick the up. Ashley said that would be better, and they should have options by the middle of the following week. I did not hear a word for anyone. We were getting nervous, because our car was due to be picked up on a Monday and we were flying to FL on Tues. I called Sunday to leave a message, then again Monday morning. I waited for them to call me back, then finally they did, to let us know when the driver would be there. Things did come together in the end and our car was delivered, on time, a little dirty, safe and sound to our door in FL. Looking back, communication could have been a little better on the their part, but, all in all, the process was not that bad. This was our very first time to have a vehicle transported. Our driver, David, of the transport company, couldn't have been a nicer person. We will do it again.
