Justin Hughes and American Car Transporters, Inc. were fantastic. Firstly, Justin taught me about the industry and what to do and look for. At his instruction, I went to this site and BBB. I was able to eliminate many companies easily because of poor reviews or non-entry in BBB. I narrowed it to two comparable companies and went with Justin. He taught me about lowballing and gave me an $850 ($150 + $700) quote. That's what I paid. The car was a friends' father's estate purchase in AZ. Destination was FL. We live in NY. I was contacted the first night for a pick up the next day, if I so chose. This was perfect. The pick up time became too late and the driver worked it out for early the next morning, at our convenience. Transit time estimate was about a week. It took 3.5 days, which again was perfect. I had to change the destination address to one in the street, left turn lane, about ten minutes away.. This was done a few hours before the car arrived. Justin took care of this seamlessly. My son received the car. His inspection matched CP Auto Transport's inspection sheet. He said the drivers were nice guys and that everything went smoothly. He said the car drove fine the quarter mile to the garage I contacted Justin several times. He was always patient, polite, attentive, accommodating, responsive ... It seems that Justin and this company want to earn a great reputation through excellent customer relations and service. For me this has been achieved at the highest levels.
