All in all, the company I "hired" (Bullseye) was helpful and respectful; Unfortunately, the company that they hired to do the actual move (American Auto Transportation) was completely unprofessional, irresponsible, and evasive. I'll start with the good points about the move. There are only two to speak of. One, Carla at Bullseye, is very professional and courteous. The times that I did have to call her I either got her directly or she got back to me as soon as she could. Two, the car left New Hampshire on a Saturday afternoon and was available for delivery by Thursday (which realy wasn't a good thing because we weren't going to arrive until Friday night). NOW, for the things that went wrong... 1. The driver I contacted kept telling me I was the next stop and he should be at my house in three hours (That went on for three days) and I kept taking time off from work to be home for them. 2. I couldn't get in touch with anyone from the Trans. Co. and they never returned my calls. 3. No one ever offered to reimburse me for the time I took off from work because of their driver's mistakes. 4. The car got to the destination a little early so we had to Western Union the money to my wife's Sister, who in turn was forced to receive the car with no warning at 10:30pm. 5. The car was damaged by the driver. 6. Still no one available at the auto transport company and no one has returned my call for claim info.
To sum it up, Bullseye is a decent enough company and if they would have moved my car themselves perhaps this wouldn't have happened; But, American Auto Transportation out of Spokane, WA is perhaps the worst company to have to deal with. They will be lucky to be in business under this name for the rest of the year; And, I wouldn't be surprised to find out that this company regularly changes names to avoid repercussions. I give the MOVE a (1)!!!
