I had scheduled with another carrier - they never returned my calls when it was time for the pickup. I was living in Oregon and moving to Nevada. I called American Auto Transport they told me cancel the prior carrier and they would get my car picked up. Whenever I called to check about the pickup I had a return call or email immediately this time was very stressful and yet they told me "no problem we will get your car picked up and delivered"
I had paid a deposit with the other company which I never received a credit from but, at least I didn't have to worry about my car and when it might arrive. I feel that all carriers should have to give you this web site so that you can check out and just see how they do business.
My car was picked up by a wonderful couple they told me it will be okay we will get your car delivered to Nevada which they did. I ended up paying $50.00 dollars more but, it was well worth the money
If I ever have to transport another vehicle it will only be thru American Auto Transport - they are honest and do what they say they will do.
