The move went perfect. I first talked to Reggie and he laid the entire process out. Can't say enough about Reggie. Moving my truck was a big deal to me and he really put my mind at ease and made everything seem so simple. And it was simple. All my phone calls were answered by a HUMAN which is very important to me. No run arounds. No menus to choose from. A HUMAN every time. The truck driver, Alex, was awesome, too. The day of the pick up I was having a hard day at work and I had to change my plans THREE TIMES. Alex was very patient and worked with me. He came to within a block of my house and picked the truck up on Friday evening and on the following Tuesday he was calling me from the Los Angeles port letting me know everything was going well. I never realized how easy it is to ship a vehicle, but it sure was with American. I did contract with another company before finding American Auto and was getting a run around. Postponed pick up dates and such. I cancelled the other company and went with American and my troubles were over. Thanks American. The truck is where it is supposed to be now.
