I had never shipped before and had no clue what to do. Filled out the multi broker request and was contacted by 5-7 brokers. Called one of them, they told me they would take care of it. Asked for my credit card (which I declined) and then I never heard back from them.
The next day i called AAT and talked to JP. I wanted to have the car shipped the next day and he got right on it. Called a driver directly, had him in manhattan the next day and my car arrived a day later. I cannot recommend JP enough.
If you dont have time to waste - just call him and tell him what you need if you dont want the runaround.
