I was completely satisfied with the service this company provided for me. I originally scheduled another company (Stateway Auto Transporters) to pick up my vehicle. I gave them 3 weeks notice, and they did not give me the decency to call me on the day of the scheduled pick up to tell me that they was not going to pick my vehicle up.
I called American Auto Transporter and spoke to Reggie. He promised to have my vehicle picked up within 5 days. The other company put me in a terrible situation, because I scheduled my car to be picked up on Friday. My family and I was flying out to Hawaii on Monday. Reggie was able to get everything completed, and my brother was able to hand my vehicle over to the driver. My car was picked up as promised. Everything went smoothly, and I received my car in less than 3 weeks without any damages.
Thanks to Reggie and American Auto Transporters for getting my vehicle to me. I will definitely use this company in the future and will be recommending this company to others.
