First, let me begin by saying this was my first time transporting a vehicle with an auto shipping company. I was a little bit confused by the whole process of getting a quote, pricing, and things of this nature. I had spoken to atleast 10 or 12 different companies about having my vehicle shipped, and alot of gave me different stories about why I should or shouldn't do this or that. What I liked about Nate and American Auto Transport is that they really gave me an education about auto transporting. I felt really comfortable throughout the process. I called Nate just a few days before I needed to ship my car and despite the short notice he was able to get it picked up pretty much right away. Even better was the price. A lot of other companies were trying to charge WAY more than American Auto Transport and tried to scare me by telling me my vehicle wouldn't get picked up for anything less. From what Nate told me, American uses drivers that they work with all the time so their prices are a bit cheaper. If I had to sum up my experience with American Auto Transport, I'd say it was better than I expected. I'd surely use them again if need be.
