Do not trust AAT. I signed a contract to ship our car from Stuart, Florida to Waupaca, Wisconsin the end of January. I was guaranteed pick up on March 28. I was told the driver would pickup on March 28 and would call when 2 hours out. No call and no pickup. Was told via email by Chris Carter that he was calling driver and would get back to me. No response and no pickup. We had to cancel flights and had to pay cancellation fees. Contact customer service for reimbursement and was told that they were sorry for inconvenience. AAT is the worst choice and consistently lied to me. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Use another transporter.
