I was very nervous when it came time to deliver the car I'd sold online. It wasn't something I'd ever done before- or ever even thought about how to do before- and after doing some research online I decided I would give American Auto Transport a call. Sebastian Gray was the salesperson who took my call and answered all of my dumb questions. He was very nice and more patient than I would have expected. I'm sure he hears dumb questions from newbies like me every day, but he went out of his way to help me get my car delivered.
The best part of my experience was the openness and communication provided by all of the employees I came into contact with. When I spoke to Sebastian he gave me a contact number for the driver delivering my car. The driver called ahead to make sure I was ready for pickup and he was very professional and polite. I called him a time or two during the move and he answered my call every time and gave me a cheerful update on his progress.
My car arrived early and I got a great review from my buyer on eBay. Win/win all around and if I ever sell another car or need to move a vehicle, I will definitely, definitely, definitely give Sebastian a call.
