I don't usually use a transport service, I would rather go get my vehicle myself. But in this instance I was preoccupied with a major family issue and needed to have my vehicle delivered for me. Mr. Carlo Santini was very helpful in making sure everything was going to be on time if not early. He took care of me like I was family. The pricing for the distance traveled was very reasonable, I even expected it to be more! They had obviously been aware of the current weather conditions as they made sure to use an enclosed trailer to keep my vehicle protected, they also made sure to strap it down at all the transport tie-down points to make sure it would not be damaged in the trailer. Mr. Santini was also very helpful in letting me know where my vehicle was and about how much longer I would have to wait. Overall this was a great experience for me and I will be using them again when I need it.
