I had used American Auto Transport FL back on 8/20/13. Delivery time was 4 days from California to Chicago not bad. However at the time of the booking I was being offer a $50 rebate promotion. I've got the rebate form from the representive David Gatz. By submitting the following 3 items within 30 days after the delivery of the vehicle, I should receive the $50 rebate check.
_ Proof of purchase (credit card statement showing the charge) _ Bill of lading (this is from the driver upon delivery of vehicle) _ Transport review proof (I had entered the review on 9/4/13)
I had submitted all the items above on 9/11/13 however it's 1/7/14 and I still have not received the $50 rebate check. I contacted the customer service in FL, and was told that if I submitted everything property I should be receiving the rebate within the allowed time frame which is 90 days. I did send couple follow up emails and attachments that I sent with my rebate form, no one response to my email or phone calls.
If you do not want to honor the promotion rebate, please don't offer??????
