To say the least, I was very pleased with my experience using American Auto Transport. I was a little hesitant to send my car off with a company that I have never worked with before but the experience proved to be a good one. The order was delivered to me on time and in perfect condition with excellent customer service from all aspects, beginning to end. I was especially impressed with the sales person named Henry. He was very courteous and you could tell that he was sincerely dedicated to the true meaning of customer service. He made me feel comfortable and handled my order with precision and care. I also love how American Auto Transport gives you a $50 deduction from your bill if they are even an hour late, this gave me great ease knowing they would show up on time, and if they didn’t, at least I would be compensated for my wait. I will for sure recommend them to friends in hope that they will be as happy as I was. I am so thankful that I had the pleasure of working with this company and will entrust them in the future with more of my car transporting needs.
