I have a signed agreement with order ID# assigned. The price was established and terms specified. Less than 48 hours before pickup, I was called and told it was going to be a day early and that the price was $100 more than what was specified in the agreement.
The car was not packed and ready.
The person refused to give me their last name and also insurance documentation. Also they could not identify in the agreement their ability to change the price, date and terms.
I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General in FL, Department of Transportation and the BBB.
