I contacted ATT after being frustrated by another carrier who took my order and then could not take the car. The ATT person who called was personable and polite. He knew the route and promised pickup within one to two days. The car was picked up in two days. The only glitch was the night before pickup, when ATT called and raised the price by $100. My cousin met them at the pickup point and was impressed by the drivr's politeness. The driver contacted me when he was three hours from delivery. The car was delivered on time. The car needed a good bath but i expected that from an open carrier truck.
