We are exceptionally pleased with the outstanding service provided by American Auto Transport, from the initiator Jason Hill who was informative, helpful and patient. Needless to say when transporting a vehicle one is looking for a superior company that can convey trust and confidence. This company provided both. The day before the pick up Paul, the driver, phoned and gave us great information and explained his part in the delivery process. The next day Paul called and we met at a location nearby my home. He was extremely understanding and made sure the location was convenient for us. When he arrived we met a hard working, conscientious individual who was friendly and helpful. He took great care with the vehicle. Lastly the customer service was outstanding, whenever we needed to call and get additional information regarding PDF forms for submission and links Steve Green was prompt and courteous. Anyone looking for a great company for transport of vehicles must look no further than American Auth Transport. Great job !!
