I was given the usual speel when I contacted them about moving my car. Sure,we have drivers coming that way weekly and we should have someone pick it up in 3 or 4 days,(what a joke) They said my charges would be $800,-175 deposit,625 to the carrier. A week or so after booking I had called back to check on progress and was transfered to customer service(voice mail) left my name,number, and a short message,guess what ,no call back- -every time I called I got voice mail.About now I' m try ing to figure out what kind of outfit I got mixed up with. Finally after several attempts I got Alex on the line,and I asked what the heck was going on.His reply was that they had a trucker lined up and they called but I didn't answer.A quick check of my phone log proved this to be more of his (BS).He said he was in contact with another trucker and he would get back to me. Then I got a call from this other trucker called and said he could pick it up on wednesday( in three days) and the cost was $950 -150 deposit-800 trucker.My reply was "thats not what I was quoted- he said he would check it out. Ten minutes later I got a call from Alex's assistant .His message to me was that there was no way I would get it hauled for less. when I asked him if he had someone lined up for the price they quoted he said "no" so I told him to cancel,and got an immediate hang up.This company offers a $50 rebate when you review them. I do not believe I will be offered a rebate.
