Vivian was very pleasant, and had a lot of information. My problem was that she asked me when I wanted the car picked up,I told her Saturday, and she said OK, the dispatcher will contact you to set up a time for pick-up on Saturday. This was the reason I went with this company. Well Saturday came and went, I called customer service, because after the sale Vivian lo longer can help and doesn't want to talk to you. I was informed by customer service that Fort Lewis, Washington was not a regular run and they were trying to locate a driver. Finally 9 days later, they call to tell me they have found a driver. If Vivian would have been up front with me they would NOT have an unhappy customer and would have received a much better review. A few weeks ago I received an email from the president of the company asking me how their service was so I replied with this same information, you would think I would at least get an apology, but no. As for the actual trucking company that hauled the car they were great, Climatic Carriers. Which is actually located near my home town, the driver knew my whole family. If I would have just done a little more research and asked around I would have saved some money. So before you book with one of these brokers, start asking everyone you know if they know of anyone local that can ship your vehicle. Save yourself some money.
