My only complaint is that I didn't receive the written Agreement I requested from my contact person, Richard Wright; he said it was not necessary because he had "everything I need to set it up."
This made me uncomfortable as it seemed as though, once he had my verbal committment and credit card information, he basically lost interest in the "customer service" aspect of his job.
Otherwise, the car arrived on time and undamaged. It was dirty (filthy) but, apparently was that way when the driver picked it up at the dealer. I now wonder why I paid the extra money for "enclosed" transportation versus "open" transportation; it couldn't have been any dirtier.
Overall, I am satisfied with American Auto Transport and would likely use them again; as well as recommending them to other "car guys" like myself.
