Brian Sanderson emailed me "we currently have a truck in your area" and "it is important that you respond to this email immediately". So they got my business and I placed the order. Then nothing. When I contacted them for a status, Steve Green replied with BS about delays. Again, no word from them at all. A week later, same thing. I ask for a status, get another BS reply. After 2 weeks I was fed up and I told them to cancel the order. I got a basic confirmation of the cancellation, nothing else. Never a followup, never a single apology from these guys. Worst customer service ever. I went with another company (Rust Auto Shippers) and my car was picked up within 36 hours, and shipped quickly. I wish I had found them first and never had to deal with these idiots!
