We had our daughter's car transported from Pearland, Texas to Mount Holly, New Jersey or at least that is what we paid for. A piece of crap transport truck showed up to pick up our daughter's car and reluctantly we let them take her car as we were very short on time in order to get this car transported. The pick up was Wednesday, 2/6/13. We made it very clear that our daughter would not be available to take possession of the car until Saturday, 2/9/2013. Our daughter got to Nj and called the driver who informed us that we couldn't have the car until Monday 2/10/13 because he got to Nj on Friday and the car was locked up behind a fence until Monday because no one was available to take delivery on Friday. Keep in mind we told AAT that she wouldn't be in NJ until Saturday. My daughter called the driver and he told her she could drive over to Pennsylvania and pick it up or wait until Monday. When she got there to pick it up there was no fence and no lock. Her car was sitting in an unsafe part of town in some shitty pot hole ridden lot. Thankfully, she had a friend that could take her to get the car. There were items missing from inside the car that the driver would not acknowledge. When I tried to call the broker saturday when I thought we couldn't get the car until Monday, they directed me to their customer service number that was not answered but Monday through Friday. I then tried calling Alex back but thanks to caller I'd he wouldn't take my call. Steer clear of these crooks. Someone described them as bottom dwellers and that is an accurate description. Use someone else to transport your vehicle.
