I recently had need to move my daughter's car from Georgia to Illinois on somewhat short notice. We contacted several auto transport companies and received quotes ranging from $600-650. While trying to decide who to call back, Steve Green from American Auto Transport call me and said he could make me an offer of $435.
We decided to accept his offer and we are very pleased with the service we received. We were give a 48 hr pick up window, which I might have liked a smaller window, but was willing to accept that for the difference in price. Our communication throughout the process was excellent, they were always available either immediately or on a quick call back. They kept in contact during the process and made sure that we knew when the vehicle would be delivered.
Their driver was courteous and concerned with our satisfaction.
Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service and, if I ever have need of an auto transport again, American Auto Transport is the first call I will make.
