This was the easiest on-line retail experience I have ever had. Their "Live Chat" feature is fantastic. What a brilliant way to do business for someone who is in front of their computer all day. I was able to access a live person (Dianne) who was able to 'chat' me thru all my questions and when I was satisfied with the rate ($725 from Texas to Buffalo), the time frame for delivery and anything else I had in mind, she directed me to contact her by telephone, and minutes later we had a deal. NO HIDDEN FEES OR TAXES were imposed. The quote price was the actual TOTAL PRICE, and my 2002 Dodge Caravan showed up in 2 DAYS after being picked up on the promised date! Outstanding. In the meantime I was able to contact Dianne via the Live Chat and she gave me the cell phone number for the carrier himself. I had quotes from more than 10 different carriers for this job, and the companies that had quoted lower online, had tried to add 'insurance' or other items to boost their initial low quote. American Auto Relocation Professionals did not do that. I would implore you to check these folks out the next time you need to move a vehicle. They truly have their act together. Oh, and by the way, I called them the day after a holiday weekend which, unbeknownst to me is the busiest time for an auto shipper, and STILL received fast courteous service.
