They 1st quoted me $625 with $100 dollars deposit. This they took immediately from my Credit Card. They were supposed to pick up the car on March 1, 2010. My mother waited and waited but no one called her to tell her what was going on. I called from Florida and finally got a hold of the American Allegiance Auto Transport and they told me that the driver was delayed due to weather.....that was fine.....so they told me that it will be picked up the next couple of days but it was uncertain because of the weather.....i told them fine but have the driver call me or my mother to confirm. The driver did confirm the next day that he would be delayed some more due to weather but he'll try to make it on time but my mother was leaving to go out of the country that week and the car must be picked up. The driver called me and said that he will try. I told him it better be picked up or I'm voiding the contract and deal the car transporter later. After all that the car did get picked up and was on its way to Florida. In the mean time, the driver calls me up and says that the price when he delivers will be $725. I told him that American Allegiance Auto Transport quoted me $626 and they already took $100 deposit so I only owe $525. The driver said no its $725. I was back and forth with the driver and the Auto transport for 2 days telling them that I agreed to $525 due at delivery.
They finally agreed to void the contract credit me the $100 and I am responsible for the driver's fee. They said that the credit will be credited back to my CC within 5-10 business days. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM NOR DID I GET MY $100 DEPOSIT BACK. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY PROMISED ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED.
EVERY TIME I CALL ITS A DIFFERENT STORY, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
