I had initially gone with another broker because the quote they had given me seemed reasonable. I had given them a deposit and signed agreements with them, supposedly guaranteeing the pick up date and price. Of course my vehicle was not picked up on the date that we had agreed on. I went back to my email and referenced all of the quotes I received once again, wasting more of my time as I thought this was already done. I chose Alliance as they seemed the most transparent even thought they quoted me higher than the previous broker. THEIR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL! They always returned my phone calls, were prompt answering the phone and were very knowledgeable. It ended up costing $50 more than they had originally quoted me but they confirmed that this was okay with me prior to putting it on their schedule for pick up. My vehicle arrived on time, the driver was in contact with me before picking up and delivering to make sure I was available. I am very pleased with their services and level of professionalism and would certainly refer and use Alliance again.
