Our son was moving to Chicago, people told us to drive his car there and fly home. This was not an option for us. After Scott helped us with the quote we realized it would also be cheaper to transport the car than to drive it ourselves and fly back to Colorado. It was scary picking a company off the internet that I didn't know. When I called Alliance Auto Transport, Scott helped me set up the best pick up and drop off date to get the car in Chicago shortly after my son flew in. We paid a small deposit. A family member said we should have asked some questions : "Would there be any in transit storage lot fees, tolls and is the company covered by insurance?" I emailed Scott with these questions and he immediately sent me in writing what their company guarantees and their insurance information. Also in writing, that there would not be any extra fees added on to our bill. The driver of the transport vehicle gave us a 2 hour window of when he would pick up the car and he came during that window. The same happened in Chicago.
The driver carefully loaded and secured the car. We left a cell phone turned on it the car and we were able to track when and where the car was on the road. The company followed safe driving guidelines and that made us also feel good about our experience. If we need to ship another car anywhere we will call Scott Huber at Alliance Auto Transport. P.S.
