I was incredibly stressed at the beginning of the car shipment process because I was uncertain of when my car was going to get picked up during the three-day window I had provided and needed to somewhat alter these arrangements because of a pending storm. Due to the driver's phone not having service in an area of one of his pick ups and since snowstorm Q was on its way, my travel plans had altered in order to get out of Nebraska before it hit, so communicating with Allfleet and the driver was somewhat difficult in the beginning.

However, once I did get my car picked up from Dave, all was just fine. Dave provided great customer service as he let me know to the best of his knowledge the time when I would be seeing my car next when it was to be dropped off in California. He was also a very personable individual and gave off a great impression that my car was going to be taken care of. Since there was a snowstorm on the way, I was certain I wouldn't see my car for at least a week, but I received it within five days. When my car arrived, Dave did take care of my vehicle as my car was in tact, without damage and cleaned off from all the dirt that had accumulated from driving through the storm, so a big thank you to him for all of his help and travels through a treacherous storm!
