I placed the order to ship my 2001 BMW X5 and 2002 Mercedes ML500 to Connecticut from Missouri on August 18th and told the sale person (Barbara) that we're moving and I really really need my vehicles on the 2nd of September to pickup my wife and kids at the airport in Connecticut. I was suggested to have the first available pickup date on the 28th of August. I was ok with that since the sale person said my vehicles would be picked up no more than 72 hrs from the first available day.

On the first available pickup day, no one shown up to pickup the vehicles. Second day, nothing happened. I called Allegiance and tell them that I have to leave for Connecticut to start on my new job. I've told me that it's ok to leave the keys to my neighbor and they'll come to pickup the vehicles. I did as what they've suggested. Once I got to Connecticut, Sept. 1st, I called to see if they've pickup my vehicles, they said they're still working on finding a carrier. The next day, the day I have to pickup my wife and kids at the airport, I called again and they said they're working very hard to find a carrier. They said they can ship my cars if I'm willing to pay $150 more for each car to the carrier. Anyway, to make the story short, my wife and kids had to ride a cab home. I'm still in a rental car from the Sept. 3rd until today. Luckily that my company is paying for the rental car due to the inconvenience of my relocation otherwise I would of get an attorney already. I thought of canceling the contract but I will lose my deposit for canceling within 14 days from the 1st available pickup date. My vehicles are now still sitting in Missouri and I don't know if they're still in 1 piece and I don't know if Allegiance is going to pick them up or not. I think I will cancel the order tomorrow and hopefully they'll give my full deposit back or i'll get an attorney since it's already pass 14 days. After all this, what would you think of Allegiance? What would you do if it happens to you??

We regret to hear of Mr. Ngyuen`s experience. Both the pick up and delivery locations for Mr. Ngyuen were located in very remote areas, where most drivers do not pass through. This is something that he knew and was explained when he placed his order. We worked on assigning a driver that would be available to pick up the vehicles and when we were unable to find a resolution for Mr. Ngyuen we immediately refunded his money. As with all of our customers, we were in constant communication with Mr. Ngyuen and he was kept well informed of his situation from the very beginning. We wish Mr. Ngyuen and his family best of luck.
