Terrible company

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of doing business with this company to reconsider. We called them for a quote, and they told my wife that they needed a credit card number to give a quote. She gave it to them, and they emailed her their contract. She told them that she wouldn't commit without having her husband read the contract.

When I got home, I read the contract, which was completely objectionable. I informed them that we were not interested.

The next day, they called multiple times, trying to talk us into doing business with them. I repeatedly told them "no thank you." Nevertheless, they sent a driver to our house!!! Then, they tried to charge us a "cancellation fee."

There are a lot of negative reviews out there about this company. Most of the good ones look like "astroturf." I wouldn't ever do business with them.

Mr Randazza: We think it is important for you to verify the facts with your wife, considering she is the one that place the order over the phone and provided her credit card information, agreeing to the charge for your auto transport. Allegiance Auto Shipping never has at any point asked for a credit card number in order to provide a quote. The quote was sent to your wife via email before her conversation with our representative. It is made very clear to our customers that when placing their order, they agree for their credit card to be charged the said payment amount.
