This was the worst moving experience I have ever experienced. First of all, they lied about everything, and their office is closed on week-ends. I first called to secure a pick-up for my car exactly one week in advance and was told "NO PROBLEM"! They assured me that was plenty of time to load my car and quoted me $895.00 from door to door. Well, they didn't pickup my car or return any of my phone calls for three days after the original pick-up date. When I finally spoke with Ginger, she said the matter was out of her hands and I should speak with the dispatcher.I left hundreds of messages, but the dispatcher never returned my calls (did I mention the office is closed on weekends?!). After two more days, I was told by someone else in the office that the driver, who was originally scheduled to pick-up my car, had an emergency and they were searching for someone else. To cut to the chase, I finally received my car15 days after the originally scheduled pick-up date, and was charged an additional $200.00 by a very rude driver who parked my Jeep over a block away. In closing, be sure to read your contract and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Hi Rhoda, everyone in this office spoke to you on multiple occasions yet you make it sound like we never spoke to you. You state you called our office HUNDREDS OF TIMES. Your behavior bordered on harassment/psychosis. If you had booked your transport with another broker they would have had the same, unavoidable carrier delay. And then you would have harassed them over something that was completely out of their control. The driver did not unexpectedly demand more money on delivery. Your husband Walleq Sherrod authorized the additional money before we sent that driver to pick up your car. Readers should understand we get a signed contract from every carrier driver before they pick up the car and it clearly specifies the amount due on delivery. No driver can demand additional money on delivery!
