Stay away from Allstate /Trucker was a butcher

I would never use this carrier again. Car was delivered at night , not on time and dirty. Driver was late picking it up. Couldn't see that there was damage to the roof. Truck driver was a butcher and would never trust All State to match a driver for one of my autos. I watched the driver load the car on the carrier and he actually hit one vehicle into another with the hydraulics. The driver could not speak a full sentence of English . I should have suspected the driver was questionable when he loaded the car.
The car did have dent and scratches all around it but not on the roof. He scratched and remove paint on the roof . how does one damage a roof except if you roll the car in an accident.
This was my first experience in transporting a car and will be my last. The Transport review website is a joke and really means nothing . I am sure there are some people lucky enough to get a responsible driver but in my case All State doesn't screen the people that transport the car.
All i can say is never again All State.
