A Bad & Stressful Experience

First of all I picked out All State because they had very good reviews on the website but unfortunately my whole experience with them was not very good. In all fairness the people that I dealt with at All State were helpful except for the fact that it was very hard to get in touch with them by phone. Most communication was done through e-mail. My problem was with the driver that All State assigned for dispatch. The name of the company is Monzon Automobile Transportation. When I received an e-mail from All State telling me that a driver had been assigned to pick up my vehicle I assumed that the trucking company had been check out by All State or they would not be recommending them to me. I was quite wrong. This driver did not call us not even once except on the last day when he delivered the car to my daughter. All telephone contact was initiated by us. Yes, he did pick up the car on the day that was assigned but as I said we had to call him in order to find out where he was and when he would be at our house. Once he got to our house he did not even make eye contact with us. He filled out his form, had my husband sign it and took off with our car. On Monday my daughter called him and he told her he would be at her apartment between 4 & 5 pm. He never showed up. We tried calling him numerous times on Monday and Tuesday, left numerous voice mails but he never returned our calls. We also tried calling the Monzon Company - the telephone had been disconnected! That is when we contacted All State to tell them the situtation. WHERE IS THIS GUY AND WHAT IS GOING ON? Finally we heard from Monica saying that he had contacted her and that he told her that his truck had broken down and his cell phone was also not working (what a coincidence). She told us that the car would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday the driver called my daughter and told her that he would be at her apartment at 6:30 am. He arrived at 9:00 am. She told me that there was part inside the car that had been broken and the car was filthy dirty on the inside (black). When she questioned him about that, his response was "I don't know." I do not understand why the car would be dirty on the inside because it was clean when it left our house. How does a car get dirty on the inside with the windows up? Please, please, never ever use Monzon Automobile Transportation. Our experience was horrible.
