In May, I contacted Allstars to set up transportation of my car. I spoke with Dominic and informed him the truck could pick up the vehicle anytime but the absolute last day it could be picked up was 10 June because that's when I was leaving. He assured me that this would not be a problem. For 2 weeks I kept calling to get updates and was told repeatedly that they had not yet found a carrier. I also spoke with an Irene who said the same. Then, several days prior to 10 June when I called Dominic and Irene, neither one would pick up their phones despite MULTIPLE messages per day. 10 June came and went without contact. Additionally, this company charged us $150 deposit when we first booked, which other reputable companies don't do until the car is picked up. This company is a scam. Do not use them unless you want to throw your money away and get frustrated.
