I have called six times in the last week as well as sending an email requesting a refund since they did not do anything for me. They either hung up on me, said they would call back (nerver did) or the person I needed to talk to was busy but would call back. I am disappointed. Mr. Roberts told me he had 30 years experience in the auto shipping business, but he would not talk to me. After 6 calls in the last week plus other calls prior when they failed to respond I feel this company is taking advantage of me.
