Tom, the only person who works for this company, made me prepay the entire amount of $890 to transport my vehicle. On the schedule date, no one arrived. I couldn't get a hold of him. Left him voicemails but no return phone calls. I was able to get a hold of him a week later and he gives me the run around. I had already relocated to Nevada and my car was still in Boston. After 3 weeks of being late, I decided to cancel with him and go with a different company. He told me there was a $260 cancellation fee. I reluctantly accepted. Long story short, it's November and I have not gotten a refund. Unable to reach him since that time. He stiffed me out of $890. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
