I was very skeptical about using this company, or any transporting company for that matter when I found out that they are a brokerage and were not directly connected to any driver. I never had to transport my vehicle before, but being that my daughter was in need of a vehicle for her as well as her children I had no choice. After receiving a plethora of e-mails and calls, one stood out to me the most. Shantay took her time to explain how the business worked and what I was to expect. I must admit that I did ask a lot of questions, just to put my mind at ease, as I said I never did this before. Instead of getting impatient like a lot of the other companies representatives were getting she took each one of my calls and answered my same questions no matter how many times I asked them and the answer never changed. To make a long story short my daughter got the car on time and in a professional manner. If I ever need another car transported I will not hesitate to use All Day Auto Transport.
