Very Bad Experience......Please be carefully

The first red flag came during my order when I gave my email address and was then told that they could not send the order form to that email address. So I had to give my girlfriends address. I Filled out the docusign which was very easy and submitted my payment. On the docusign and over the Phone I was told my vehicle would be picked up on the 25th of May 2011. I called the day before and was told that they would try to get someone to pick it up on that day. Here is when the fun begins. (Our team of customer service representatives is always on call to answer any questions you may have before pick-up and up to the minute your vehicle is delivered to by our auto carrier its final destination. ) According to this statement on their info page they say they are always on call, and with a name like ALL DAY auto transport this is what you should expect: THAT IS NOT THE CASE: My car was supposed to be picked up on FRI. Not only was it not picked up NO ONE CALLED to let us know this. SO I called the following day which was a SAT. And got their voicemail, I left a message 3 times. No one answered that day nor did anyone call me back: DAy 1 after my car was supposed to be picked up. SUN DAy 2 I called again I got the voice mail left a message no one called. NOW this happened to be a holiday weekend so MON. Day 3 I called again no one was there and no one had called me back. SO Tues 4 days after I was told my car would be picked up NO ONE CALLED to let me know. I called on tues and FINALLY I called and got someone. I gave them my name THEY PUT ME on HOLD came back asked what car THEN PUT ME ON HOLD. THen no one came back. I hung up and called AGain someone answered I gave them my name they THen TOLD ME that the TRUCK DRIVER CANCELLED ON THEM. (but no one contacted me). SO I cancelled AND they WOULD NOT REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT. NOT a good experience
