I placed my order with All Day on Apr 7th to move my Jeep from GA to AZ. When I asked Chris in Sales how much time it would take for pick up he said "usually 3 to 4 days" when I told him I needed it picked up Apr 13th he said "yeah, that gives us plenty of time and shouldn't be a problem." So fast forward to today (Apr. 27th).. I'm in Arizona without a vehicle losing money by the day because I can't start my new job because a salesman lied to me (big surprise). By the way, All Day advertises "no deposit" however you have to pay them a $150 broker fee upfront. If you cancel your order, they still keep $90 even if nothing was done.

Here is part of my contract. Basically they tell you one thing on the phone, then say the opposite in the contract (Of course I did agree to the terms and signed the contract) Be sure to read the part I put in all caps:

" I understand that I may cancel my order at any time prior to the vehicle being dispatched to a carrier and my broker fee will be refunded minus a $90.00 administrative fee.I do understand that once a vehicle is dispatched to a carrier on central dispatch before you fax or email your cancellation request you will forfeit your broker fee and it becomes non-refundable. I also agree that I will pay the broker fee due to All Day Auto Transport INC, and will not seek to charge back a credit card or dispute any charge once processing has began on my order. While every effort will be made to meet the customer's requested scheduling, NO GUARANTEE OF PICKUP OR DELIVERY DATE CAN BE MADE. Delays may occur do to carriers schedules, mechanical failure schedules , inclement weather, and unforeseen circumstances. In addition to agreement of the terms and conditions, I understand that the service will be contracted to a fully licensed and insured carrier. In that event, All Day Auto Transport, Inc will not be responsible for any negligence on the part of the contracted carrier. Any claims must be made with the carrier's insurance company who actually performed the transport service. ADDITIONALLY, A FUEL SURCHARGE MAY BE APPLICABLE to orders with a certain origin or destination location and I understand I will be notified if this does occur prior to a carrier picking up my vehicle. When transporting my car, I also understand that I as the Shipper am responsible for any personal belongings in the car."

I call dispatch everyday and get the same answer. "We still haven't found a carrier" and when I ask when they expect to find one, it's always 2 days from the current day. The people in dispatch have been courteous... what pisses me off is that I was lied to by Chris in Sales.

I went with All Day because they have a GREAT rating on this website. I'm starting to think that some (or possibly ALL) of the other good reviews are fake.

I know All Day reads these reviews regularly, I'm anxious to read their reply and I will update if anything changes for the good.
