LIARS, RUDE CARRIER, IGNORED

I was told that the truck would be picked up Thursday. It didn't get picked up until Monday night. I was told that it would be delivered Wednesday. I took off work and it didn't show. I Called All Day Auto and left a message and never heard from them. I later got a call from Dijon Express and was told that the truck would be delivered on Thursday between 10 and 11 am. I took an other day off and it still wasn't there. Then I called them at 11 asking where my truck was. Dispatcher was rude and said that I would have it before noon. Noon came and still NO TRUCK. I called All Day Auto and got a machine again so I had to trick them and ask for sales. The salesman called Dijon Express and said that they would call me back. I guess he blew me off to. Finally got my truck. Thursday night All day auto's service department finnaly called me back. WAY TO LATE

WOW WHAT CRAPPY SEARVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We apologize for the customers bad experience with the carrier. Every now and than the drivers do a run a day or so behind being that it's the trucking industry and not a limo service. The customer fails to mention we quoted him an exact price,got the vehicle picked up within 4 days for that same price with no changes and delivered 4 days after that. I do apologize that the customer made one phone call to our customer service department and we didn't get back to him right away. We do have over 500 customers per month and customer service is always very busy but if you leave a message someone will always get back in touch within a reasonable time frame. This whole review is based on the carrier a couple of days late and doesn't really make any sense to be on our profile.
