One huge nightmare

Hopefully this review saves at least one person from contracting this company. Daniella hooked me with the low quote of $700 per car, from Virginia to California. There were a total of two cars. I told her I had until the end of the month to move these cars. The cars would be towed away if they were not picked up at the end of June. The contract was signed 6/8/10. They requested $200 deposit, which I am sure becomes the broker fee. Well, the pick up date was scheduled for the 17th of June. Long story short, by the 30th of June, the cars had not been picked up. Throughout those days in between, Justin's answer was to increase the price. Not exactly what the contract said. They put me in one heck of a bind, waiting so many days for them to do their job. I am talking to my bank now to get the $200 deposit, which their contract says is "non-refundable". This would be fine if they did any work for it. Shame on you.
