I purchased a new Acura TL in Sacramento and decided to have it delivered to my home in Kansas City. At first I went with the lowest bid from another well reviewed broker. Due to the low price, I had a feeling I was going to have to wait a while before a carrier would be scheduled, and I was fine with that. However, 4 weeks passed, and still no carrier. When I called, I was always told to check back next week. I asked to talk to the dispatcher or person that schedules the trucks, but I was not allowed to.

So, I decided to call around, and that's when I called Daniel at ADAT. He was very straight up with me and said the rate with my other broker was too low. At first I didn't believe him, but after waiting a few more days, I called him on a Thursday morning, and by that afternoon, he already found a carrier and they already scheduled a p/u with my dealer! Three days later, the driver showed up right at my front door, right on time! The driver, Victor (from Tow Express) even loaded my car on the top level as I had requested! I had a little hard time understanding him, but he was nice and did a great job.

While not the lowest price, ADAT was still very competitive. Like their website says, don't always be suckered in to going with the lowest bid.

I would definitely use All Day Auto Transport if the need arises again. Dan rocks!!!
