One of the big items on our "to do list" for moving from California to Wisconsin was securing a carrier to transport two of our vehicles. I went online and did a booking confirmation back in March, thinking that my early booking would guarantee a carrier assignment with no problem. Our departure date for leaving CA is July 13, a hard and fast deadline to vacate our home--the new owners are taking possession on that day. During this past week I made multiple attempts to contact and receive any sort of confirmation from the carrier company that I booked with. My only success for contact was via an online chat Unfortunately, the chat person could not guarantee a dispatch, and this was yesterday morning! They were "actively working" on an assignment. Out of desperation and an increasing level of fear and anxiety, I went back online and did a google for auto carrier companies. I can't remember the exact search that brought me to All Day Auto Transport, but I received a call from Trevor, an agent for the company, and he immediately calmed me down. In addition, he promised that he would do everything in his reach to provide a carrier, no worries at all. I must have spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with him as he patiently listened to my plight, and all along he was actively searching out prospects to meet my needs. He also provided his opinion concerning the practices of the other carrier that I had initially made a booking with, very helpful advice indeed. Within approximately 15 minutes of ending our phone conversation, he emailed me and phoned me back with confirmation that a carrier was located and it fit my time parameters for pickup and delivery at a reasonable price. I agreed to the assignment, and was provided the direct phone number of the carrier company, and shortly thereafter, the cell phone number of the driver! As a matter of fact, the driver texted me this afternoon, and the vehicles are scheduled for pickup tomorrow evening (July 10) which is a day ahead of my requested date! I consider Trevor to be my friend and an angel in his profession. He promised and delivered above my expectations. I would highly recommend All Day Auto Transport for any of your vehicle shipping needs.
