damaged my car and forged the bill of landing

well i was quoted 1400.00 but after all day auto charged me there cut it was 1550.00 but i was willing to pay that so long as i got the car on time before leaving the country for work witch was promised .
transportation was 3 days late and i couldn't be there for the drop off . them knowing or not knowing that the girlfriend was left the task of receiving
my CTS-V
Upon the cars arrival it had a huge scratch on the front bumper and another cluster of scratches on the back bumper . prior to pick up and i had a detailed video inspection of my car and countless pictures on the day of pickup from the dealer in Cali .
the transporter that damaged my cts-v "Silver Rock Enterprises" From Arizona by the way if you see that guy was hire to get your nice car run !! had picked my car up first
and along the way had jammed 2 motorcycles and an old dodge muscle car in a 2 car box trailer with my Cadillac .
and to make up for lost room jammed my car to far forward in the trailer and the front bumper was touching the wall of the trailer witch ended up sanding off the paint on the nose of the bumper .
and one of the 2 motorcycles had scratched my rear bumper during loading or on the road
but he must have seen the rear bumper at some point and added the scratches to the bill of landing witch is a crime from what i have been told by my lawyer . and when he noticed the front bumper during the unloading he parked it in my dark garage as close to the wall as possible so it could not be properly inspected by the girlfriend . and she did not question the scratches on the rear bumper because he had added that damage to the paperwork .
well when i returned from overseas the first thing i did was inspect the car and saw the carnage and called the driver. and after a huge fight over the phone i was told to piss off .
so i was left to deal with all day auto transport and i talked with the manager twice but after promises of resolution they have not returned my calls , texts or emails for 9 weeks and have not given me insurance info .
i am thinking of suing them now just for the disrespect and of course the 4500.00 in damages to replace the front and rear bumpers on my CTS-V
the positive reviews i believe on here regarding ALL DAY AUTO TRANSPORT could be fake !

Mckenzie, I appreciate your review but this is completely false. The driver showed on the BOL that there were two scratches on the vehicle before it was picked up. I saw the pictures personally myself. I provided you with all the insurance information of the carrier which is also public record on the DOT. The claim was denied because the driver showed proof there was damage before it was picked up.
