We contacted them on 2/13/17 and were quoted 400.00 for about a 340 mile trip, the car was to be picked up in Orlando on 2/14 and delivered to N.W.Florida the same day. I called late morning for an update and was told the carrier had cancelled. I sent an email to Deann that evening and was told Pricilla was working on it and would call me the next morning, which she never did. I called around 10:30 am and was told by Pricilla that she had a couple of carriers who were supposed to be calling her back. I told her I would give them 2 hours and then would cancel because I could have already driven down there and been back home. She called me back an hour later and had found a carrier. They picked it up around 5PM on 2/15 (my nephew sent me a picture of it loaded and there were 3 other vehicles on the carrier) and it arrived at my house around 9:30AM on 2/16. I was fine with that, but then the driver demanded 275.00 instead of the 200.00 in the contract. I had already paid a 200.00 deposit per the contract, and luckily I had the extra cash on hand or there would have been a problem. I was not given a head's up by anyone that the price had gone up and if I wanted my car, I had no choice but to pay it. He had already dropped off 2 cars and was taking the last one to Pensacola, about 45 miles west of us), so if he also charged them an extra 75.00, it was quite a lucrative day for him. I had planned on giving him a tip, but that wasn't going to happen. We actually ended up paying him 280.00 because he spoke very little English and didn't understand giving change. By that time I gave up and just wanted to get our car home. (We even had the driver pull into a parking lot across the street from our house so that he could get his truck and trailer in and out easier.) The contract states the carrier price is subject to change prior to picking up the vehicle, but they didn't bother with letting us know. After initial contact, quote, contract and deposit with this company, communication breaks down very easily and quickly. I sent them an email about the additional 75.00, but doubt I will ever hear back from them, even though the right thing to do would be to credit us the 75.00 we were blindsided with. My advice, stay in contact with them and don't let them hoodwink you. If something feels off, it probably is. Once this broker has your deposit and has dispatched a carrier, they pretty much wash their hands of it and that deposit is non-refundable unless a carrier is not secured. Demand a phone number for the actual driver, not just the carrier company and that the driver or carrier contact you with actual costs beforehand and updates (ours didn't call until 15 mins before he arrived) and ask about any hidden costs or price increases before you agree or you may be paying a lot more than the 75.00 we had to pay! Hopefully I will never have to use another transport service, but will probably use a different one if I have to.

Update for previous review
Review: On Friday morning, February 17, I was at my veterinarian's office with a very sick cat (which is why I had my car delivered instead of driving the 340 miles to pick it up, I needed to be with him instead of being on the road). She was actually trying to save his life and had stepped away for a second to get an xray when my phone rang. It was Deann with All Day Auto Transport, and right away very loudly demanded to know why I left a bad review about the company. I told her I was standing in the vet's office with a dying cat and that I didn't have time for this. Instead of an "oh, I'm so sorry I hope he's ok and would it be ok to call back later" from her, she continued her rant until I hung up on her. She was so loud that my vet heard her and asked what in the world was that all about and I then explained the problems in getting our car delivered. If Deann had shown a single ounce of empathy and compassion, I probably would have called her back to discuss my review, but her behavior is a clear indication that it's all about the business to them and not about the customer, and you might want to fine tune your customer service and communication skills.
